Goodwill Signs 10-Year Lease with Woodbridge Industrial Facility 

Goodwill of Greater Washington has signed a 10-year lease agreement for the 95 East Distribution Center in Woodbridge, Virginia, with the joint venture of Cannon Hill Capital Partners and The Pinkard Group. Goodwill will occupy 83,753 square feet, which accounts for 73% of the Class A industrial building.  

The facility, scheduled for completion in September 2023, is the first industrial development in eastern Prince William County in over a decade. The location offers access to Interstate 95 and Northern Virginia.

Transwestern’s Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud and Andrew Hassett represented the landlord. H&R Retail’s Austin Hersh and Brad Buslik represented the tenant in the transaction.
