Goodwill Central Texas Takes Space at Global Business Park

Goodwill Central Texas secured a lease totaling 30,720 square feet at Global Business Park on Austin’s north side. Specifically, the non-profit organization will occupy part of the 112,640-square-foot Building C, at 1309 Rutherford Lane. JLL’s Ace Schlameus represented landlord Dalfen Industrial in the lease negotiations, while Bill Russell advised the tenant.

“Growth in our region has sparked increased need for long-term storage for many companies and organizations serving Austin and the surrounding area,” said Schlameus. “Global Business Park delivers an accessible, centralized solution that’s an ideal fit for Goodwill Central Texas and their operations.”

The building delivered in 1986.
