Goodman Brings Class A Industrial to Carlstadt

Goodman North America has completed the construction of Goodman Industrial Center Carlstadt II, a 100,000-square-foot logistics center located at 333 Washington Ave. in Carlstadt, NJ. It represents new construction in a market where more than 75% of the industrial stock dates from the 1960s and 1970s, according to Goodman.

“The recent interest rate cut has ignited increased activity across the market, and with consumer demand rapidly intensifying, along with recent resolution of the Port strikes, speed to market has never been more critical,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. “Our Carlstadt location is strategically positioned to meet this demand.”

Jeff Volpi, director of supply chain and logistics at Cushman & Wakefield, is the listing broker representing Carlstadt II, “Customers in the North Jersey market are attracted to the newer Class A product such as Carlstadt II being offered by Goodman,” he said. “This is evidenced by the increase in rents we have seen over the last year for this type of premium product, despite the vacancy rates across North Jersey.”
