Goodman Birtcher Signs 640K-SF Fontana Lease with Walmart
Goodman Group’s wholly-owned North American subsidiary, Goodman Birtcher, secured a lease with Walmart for 639,473 square feet at Goodman Logistics Center in Fontana, CA. The recently-constructed, Class A logistics facility located in the Inland Empire West market is now 100% leased.
Irvine, CA-based Goodman Birtcher’s Brandon Birtcher says, “The new facility represents Goodman’s third lease with Walmart, and expands our existing relationship with the multinational retailer.”
The addition of Walmart increases the company’s growing customer base in North America, including Georgia Pacific, Amazon, Safeway, CTSI Logistics and Volkswagen Group.
