At the recently held “Debbie’s Buck-It Bash,” a tribute to the late Debbie Frank, more than 300 guests and 40 corporate sponsors honored Frank’s enduring legacy as a leader and advocate for women in the real estate industry.

The 2025 Buck-It Bash raised over $200,000 in support of promising women pursuing graduate degrees in real estate. Frank spent 14 years in Golub & Company’s commercial leasing division, leaving a lasting mark through her leadership, energy, and mentorship. Her legacy lives on through the Debbie Frank Legacy Fund, which receives support through the Buck-It Bash, its flagship annual fundraiser, driving opportunities for the next generation of women in real estate.

In 2024, the fund catalyzed a groundbreaking partnership between two leading women’s organizations: The Goldie Initiative and CREW Chicago. “The fund ensures her vision lives on by supporting education, mentorship, and professional development for the next generation of women in real estate,” said Paula Harris, Managing Principal at Golub & Company.
