Golub, CIM Top Out on Luxury Condos

The developers of Fifteen Fifty on the Park have topped off construction on the luxury condominium development at the corner of North Avenue and Clark Street in Chicago’s Gold Coast. Scheduled to deliver in fourth-quarter 2019, Fifteen Fifty is situated on one of the last developable parcels along Lincoln Park.

“As the building has begun to take shape, we’ve witnessed excitement about what we are bringing to the market – a sophisticated boutique building offering access to all the city has to offer,” said Lee Golub, principal and EVP of Golub & Company, which is developing the building with CIM Group and Avoda Group.

“Reaching this construction milestone means those looking for a new-construction luxury condominium in the Gold Coast can purchase a beautiful home and be living in it by the end of the year,” he added.

The two, three and four-bedroom residences are priced from $1,625,000 to $5,850,000.

There’s still time to register for the Connect Apartments Conference, taking place June 20, 2019 in Los Angeles. For more information, or to register, click here.
