Golub & Company has officially commenced leasing the reimagined River City Apartments, an iconic landmark located in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. Owned by The Wolcott Group and designed by architect Bertrand Goldberg, the development is a blend of rich history and modern revitalization.

Originally designed in 1986 with a unique serpentine design, River City Apartments has undergone a contemporary transformation. Once apartments, which were then converted into condos, and now renovated back into apartments, the building offers a range of living options. The property features a mix of studios, townhomes and penthouses in a dynamic residential environment.
