Golub Adds Leasing Veteran for Downtown Portfolio

Golub & Company has expanded its leasing team by hiring Sandy Macaluso as VP of leasing. Reporting to SVP Deborah Frank, she’ll be responsible for the leasing and marketing of commercial properties in Golub’s downtown portfolio.

Macaluso comes to Golub with more than 15 years of experience in agency leasing and tenant representation. She has negotiated more than 500 office and retail transaction in major U.S. markets.

In her previous role with GlenStar Properties, Macaluso helped reposition the Chicago Board of Trade building to draw a more diverse tenant base following a major renovation. She also served as a Vice President, Tenant Advisory, at Transwestern.
