Gold’s Gym has signed a lease for a new D.C. Metro branch with nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space at Vermeer, a new apartment development under construction at 113 Potomac Ave. SW.

Developed by Toll Brothers Inc., the 501-unit luxury multifamily building in the District’s Buzzard Point neighborhood is slated to open this winter, reported to the Washington Business Journal. The Gold’s Gym location will span 19,817 square feet of the building’s 37,000 square feet of retail space.
