Gold’s Gym-Anchored Retail Trades in St. Louis

JLL closed the sale of Gravois Place, an 86,931-square-foot, fully leased Gold’s Gym-anchored retail center in the suburban St. Louis community of Fenton, MO. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

A JLL Capital Markets team of Aaron Johnson, Chris Murphy, Ross Crawford and Danny Kaufman marketed the property on behalf of the seller, RBR Real Estate Holdings, LLC. KW Comercial’s Mark Sher represented the undisclosed buyer.

Situated at 635 Gravois Rd., Gravois Place is at the intersection of MO-141 and MO-30, among Fenton’s most heavily trafficked intersections with more than 94,000 vehicles per day. This “Main and Main” location places the center in Fenton’s primary retail trade area.

Fenton is an affluent St. Louis suburb, and more than 41,400 residents earning an average annual household income of $102,179 live within a three-mile radius of the center. Along with Gold’s Gym, Gravois Place’s tenant lineup includes SkyZone Trampoline Park and St. Vincent DePaul.
