Goldrich Kest Names Symeon Davis as General Counsel
Veteran attorney Symeon K. Davis has accepted a position of General Counsel for Southern California real estate company Goldrich Kest. Davis will bring two decades of law experience to his new role that includes overseeing all legal and risk management functions for the company and its multi-billion dollar national portfolio.
Davis has served as Senior Counsel for Walgreens, a Fortune 40 company, and was most recently COO and Chief Legal Officer for Black Lion Investment Group. “I look forward to contributing to Goldrich Kent’s storied and continued success,” said Davis in a news release.
“We are delighted to welcome aboard Symeon, whose extensive legal background uniquely qualifies him for his new role with Goldrich Kest,” said the firm’s CEO Mike E. Drandell. “His impressive credentials, extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, proven track record and big-picture vision are qualities that will prove valuable as we continue our nationwide expansion.”
Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace. He attended San Jose State University with a BA in Radio and TV Broadcasting and currently resides in the Lake Tahoe area where he gets to frequently enjoy all of his favorite activities: Golfing, Fishing, Hiking and Skiing.
