Goldman Sachs Veteran Dino Fusco Joins Silverstein Properties

Dino Fusco will be joining Silverstein Properties as COO. He was recently the global head of corporate services, real estate and spend management at Goldman Sachs, his employer since 1994.

In this role, Fusco was responsible for driving the firm’s real estate strategy, including development of its Lower Manhattan headquarters at 200 West St.  At Silverstein Properties, he will work with CEO Marty Burger and president Tal Kerret to manage and grow the company as it expands its operations and holdings domestically and internationally.

Silverstein Properties chairman Larry Silverstein called Fusco “a great leader, adding that he will be “a superb fit with the culture of our organization.”

Fusco said, “Having lived and worked Downtown for almost three decades, I’m thrilled to be joining a company that has done so much for Lower Manhattan, and one that has a growing and important business outside New York City and around the world.”
