Goldman Sachs Inks Massive Dallas Deal
Goldman Sachs has signed a lease allowing it to take seven floors at Trammell Crow Center, 2001 Ross Ave. in Dallas’ CBD. The New York financial institution, which will take down 175,000 square feet, will move most of its area office, currently located in Irving, TX, to the downtown building by early 2018. Some of the wealth management executives, which are currently working at Uptown Dallas’ Crescent building, will also make the move downtown, likely in 2021.
Sources told the Dallas Business Journal that Trammell Crow Center offered Goldman Sachs an ggressive lease, as well as a high-parking ratio. The sources also noted that Goldman Sachs is looking for 60,000 square feet of back-office space in Irving.
