Goldman Sachs Acquires Office Asset in Phoenix for $82M
Archon Acquisition LLC, a Goldman Sachs company, purchased 3131 and 3133 Camelback, a two-building office asset in Phoenix from TR Camelback Corp. for $81.75 million. The 295,401-square-foot property is located in the heart of the Camelback Corridor at 32nd Street and East Camelback Road.
The Class A, multi-story office buildings have enjoyed an average 93% occupancy rate since their delivery to market in 1998.
JLL’s Dennis Desmond and Lynn LaChapelle led the deal for JLL. Cushman & Wakefield’s Trevor Klinkhamer, Ray Harris and Scott Boardman handled the property leasing.
Lincoln Property Company serves as the property manager, and will retain the property management assignment. JLL’s John Bonnell, Brett Abramson and Chris Latvaaho will take over the property’s leasing assignment.
