Goldenrod Advancing $400M Fort Worth Mixed-Use Project
Goldenrod placed the highest structural beam on a Fort Worth mixed-use development called the Van Zandt.
It is set to include 100,000 square feet of offices, 226 apartments and 13,000 square feet of retail space on the 2800 block of West Seventh Street. Goldenrod also plans One University on the 3000 block of Morton Street, which entails about 115,000 square feet of offices, 242 apartments and a 176-key Autograph Collection hotel called The Tycoon. Both projects are expected to cost $400 million, combined.
Oline Construction is the general contractor for both.
Goldenrod has not announced any tenants yet for Van Zant. Van Zandt is scheduled to deliver space for tenant improvements in the middle of next year.
Goldenrod has offices in Omaha, Lincoln, Dallas, Fort Worth, Tulsa and Atlanta.
