Golden Triangle Logistics Center Welcomes 1.04M SF of Leases

The Newport Beach office of Trammell Crow Company and Washington Capital Management, on behalf of the client, signed 1.04 million square feet worth of new leases and expansion deals at the Golden Triangle Logistics Center in North Las Vegas. Phase 1 of Golden Triangle includes two logistics facilities totaling approximately 1 million square feet that was delivered in fourth quarter 2020, while phase two will include a single 652,000-square-foot industrial facility slated for completion during the first half of 2022.

The recent deals at the development include:

Brothers Trading Co. signed a deal to expand its footprint in Building 2 by 196,653 square feet, now occupying 455,358 square feet within the asset. Kevin Higgins of CBRE represented the landlord in the deal, while the tenant was represented by Donna Alderson of Cushman & Wakefield.

ShipHero LLC signed a 196,652-square-foot lease to occupy the remainder of Building 2 beginning in November 2021. The landlord was represented by Higgins and Alderson, while ShipHero was represented by John Carpenter of the 949 Group.

A manufacturing company signed a deal to occupy the entire 652,010-square-foot Building 3. The company will move into the asset in April 2022 and utilize it as its western distribution facility. The landlord was represented by Alderson, while the tenant was represented by CBRE.
