Goldberg, Men Join CushWake’s Tenant Representation Operation in DC
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Matthew Goldberg as senior director and George Men as director in the firm’s Washington, DC office. The two will serve as tenant representation leasing specialists focusing primarily on the office sector.
Goldberg specializes in tenant representation and advises clients both locally and nationally on strategic planning and lease negotiations. For the previous six years, Goldberg worked at The Ezra Company and Avison Young, once acquired. He sourced a 20-location portfolio that included a 235,000-square-foot headquarters requirement in Reston, VA during his first year working in the industry.
Men joins Cushman & Wakefield after five years with Cresa, where he specialized in tenant representation across the Washington, DC region. Men has represented corporate, non-profit, association and foreign government agency space users both locally and nationally. He is a member of the Community Outreach Committee for Cushman & Wakefield’s employee resource group ASPIRE: Asians and Pacific Islanders in Real Estate.
