Gokul Ramdas Joins JLL Team in Menlo Park

Gokul Ramdas

JLL has welcomed Gokul Ramdas as the firm’s Work Dynamics Managing Director and Principal for Solutions Development. In his role, Ramdas is responsible for new business development and expanding existing client relationships throughout the Western U.S.

Based in Menlo Park, CA and reporting to Managing Director David Popler, Ramdas brings 15 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry, including leadership roles at prominent firms and delivering Workplace transformation.

“Gokul’s experience in solutions development and reputation as an industry leader, will strengthen JLL’s Work Dynamics platform and help us continue to redefine the world of work,” said Popler in a news release.

“The corporate real estate industry is at an interesting inflection point, where creative solutions are needed to help companies return to office and realize the promise of ESG agendas,” said Ramdas. “I’m eager to tap into the entrepreneurial spirit of the JLL platform.”
