The Dallas skyline’s iconic 60-story Fountain Place tower is receiving a $70 million transformation from Atlanta-based Goddard Investment Group. The company, which purchased the property in 2014, plans to upgrade Fountain Place into a multi-purpose complex.

Current construction is underway on a new 10-story parking tower with retail space, a fitness center, a tenant lounge and the existing tower lobby. Updates to the landscaping and exterior fountains are also expected.

Most building updates are projected to be completed by early 2018. Gensler and New York-based James Carpenter Design Associates Inc. are leading the renovation.
