Global Stainless Supply Re-Ups at Railwood Industrial Park

Global Stainless Supply (GSS) renewed its 210,850-square-foot, full-building lease at Railwood Industrial Park in northeast Houston. The national distributor of pipe, flanges and fittings has had its headquarters at 8900 Railwood Dr. since the building opened in 2008.

“GSS has operated out of this location for 10 years,” said Ryan Fuselier with JLL who, with colleague Jeff Venghaus, represented the tenant in negotiations. “The overall location and specific features of this building continue to be the right fit for their company, customers and employees.” Kelly Landwermeyer of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties, in the transaction.

Railwood Industrial Park is a five-building property consisting of Class A and Class B distribution warehouses, featuring dock-high loading, controlled truck court access, rail service/rail ready and clear heights.
