Global Sourcing Business Combines Warehouse, Yard Locations with New Lease

CBRE’s Andrew Chaffee, Wes Jones and James Toomarian arranged a 142,556-square-foot lease of an industrial building at 5401 Jurupa St. in Ontario on behalf of the new tenant, H Global Commerce. The global sourcing business specializing in commercial glass products and home goods signed a six-year lease and will begin to occupy the space in March 2024.

“Their commitment to an above-market lease term of six years underlies this facility allowing them to combine their current Inland Empire warehouse and yard locations into one efficient space,” said Chaffee. The single-tenant property will serve as the company’s American headquarters.

The warehouse is on the southeast corner of East Jurupa Street and South Vintage Avenue and is minutes from Interstate 15 for convenient access to distribution routes. TA Realty serves as the landlord and was represented by Stefan Pastor and Brad Yates of Stream Realty.
