Global Retailing Consultant Nicki Hines Joins JLL as Executive Managing Director

JLL has appointed Nicki Hines as executive managing director, retail corporate services, based at JLL’s Chicago headquarters. She brings more than 30 years’ experience to her role providing full-service real estate consulting to global brands and national retailers, including retail concept presentation, strategy development and implementation, site selection analytics and portfolio optimization. 

“Nicki is one of the most prominent retail real estate experts in North America, and her brand portfolio management experience is practically unparalleled in our industry,” said Walter Wahlfeldt, EVP, retail corporate services. “Her leadership and insight will be a tremendous asset to our retail corporate services team.” 

As a partner with GCD Consultants for more than 20 years, Hines has represented valuable global brands, including Coach, Microsoft, Nike, Tory Burch and Tiffany & Co. Immediately prior to joining JLL, she was founder and president of The Hines Group.
