Global Real Estate Advisors has finalized the $43.5-million sale of The Life at Greenbriar Apartments on Campbellton Road in Atlanta, GA.

GREA represented the seller in the transaction, Olive Tree Holdings, who sold the asset to Icer Properties. The sale was handled by GREA’s Taylor Brown, Chandler Brown and Barden Brown.

The Life at Greenbriar is a 1971-built asset comprised of 376 units. The property is close to downtown Atlanta, Amazon’s new Westside development, Microsoft’s East Coast hub and Six West’s 311-acre mixed-use development.

The purchaser has renamed the property as The Hills at Greenbriar and plans to bring the fourteen offline units back to the rental market and will continue upgrading the unit interiors. “With strong investor demand throughout the southeast for multifamily housing, The Life at Greenbriar Apartments is an extremely desirable property due to its close proximity to downtown Atlanta,” said Taylor Brown, executive managing director at GREA.
