Global Nonprofit PATH Moves 52K-SF HQ to Fremont

After 15 years in South Lake Union, PATH, a global health nonprofit, will move its headquarters into the West Dock building at 437 N 34th Street in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Seattle-based real estate development group Hess Callahan Grey Group (HCG Group) announced the new lease agreement, which has PATH occupying the entire 52,000-square-foot space in 2025.

The West Dock building was purchased in 2014 by a private partnership group led by HCG Group. Lisa Stewart with JLL served as the broker for the deal with PATH, with Mike Dash and Manny Fitzgerald of CBRE serving as the tenant representative broker.

“The mix of office and life science space, combined with the beautiful views of Fremont’s ship canal, will serve as a perfect home for the PATH team to continue to grow and innovate,” said Mark Grey, co-founder of HCG Group. The PATH facility will serve over 200 Seattle-area staff and serve as a flagship for more than 3,000 employees worldwide.
