Global M&A Firm Equiteq Signs Full Floor Lease in Midtown South 

Global M&A advisory firm Equiteq has signed a full floor at 450-460 Park Avenue South in Midtown South with The Moinian Group. Equiteq will occupy the entire 8,220-square-foot prebuilt space on the 11th floor starting in the third quarter.  

Situated at the intersection of Park Avenue South and East 31st Street. The property offers panoramic views of Park Avenue South, reception services, 24/7 video surveillance, upgraded lobbies, and HVAC and elevator systems.  

Eric Reimer and Benjamin Mohr of Byrnam Wood represented Equiteq, while Gregg Rothkin, Tim Freydberg, Jared London, and Hayden Pascal of CBRE represented The Moinian Group.
