Global Literary Agency Relocates NYC Offices

John Thompson and Justin Gentile of Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, have leased a 5,200-square-foot office, spanning the entire 13th floor at 18 E. 41st St., to Trident Media Group. The internationally recognized literary agency, which represents the works of dozens of award-winning authors, will relocate from 355 Lexington Ave. in December.

“Trident Media Group is a powerhouse in the literary community and we are delighted they have chosen the Central Plaza Building,” said Thompson. “The space was in excellent condition and there are only a few modifications needed for Resolution to make, on behalf of ownership.”

Added Gentile, “This building has become a hub for creative tenants, largely because of its open floorplates and central location.”

Resolution Real Estate is the leasing and managing agent of the building, representing landlord 18 East 41st Partners LLC. The tenant was represented by Elliott Zelinger and Scott Fink of Savitt Partner.
