Global Holdings Unveils Anagram Brand at NoMad Rentals

Global Holdings Management Group has unveiled its Anagram brand at Anagram NoMad, a 50-story, 392-unit rental building located at 10 E. 29th St. between Madison and Fifth Avenues in NoMad. Acquired by Global Holdings in the first quarter of 2020, the development is undergoing an extensive renovation, with design executed by Fogarty Finger Architects.

“Our goal for Anagram NoMad is to create a space that’s not just a home, but an overall experience,” said Josh Feder, VP, head of multifamily at Global Holdings. The firm is releasing and renting out units as renovations are completed. Greystar is in charge of leasing.

The homes at Anagram Nomad represent the U.S.’ first rental apartments to offer Delos’ DARWIN Home Wellness Intelligence Network, according to Global Holdings.
