Global Holdings Tops Out on First Anagram Tower Outside Manhattan

Global Holdings, in partnership with MacArthur Holdings and Tankhouse, marked the topping out of the luxury mixed-use residential tower Anagram Gowanus. Located at 450 Union St. in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, this is the fifth building within Global Holdings’ Anagram residential portfolio and its first outside Manhattan. Anagram Gowanus is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

“We’re proud to reach this significant construction milestone at Anagram Gowanus, which demonstrates the momentum behind the Anagram brand’s growth as we continue to deliver unique, curated living experiences for the city’s most discerning renters,” said Josh Feder, SVP, head of investments, Global Holdings. “As the project continues to take shape, we look forward to introducing to the market a best-in-class asset that will unveil a whole new lifestyle and experience to the neighborhood.”

Anagram Gowanus is a 20-story, 158-unit mixed-use tower with 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. All residences will offer dual-corner exposure, providing views across Manhattan, Brooklyn and New York Harbor.
