Global Holdings Commences Leasing at Anagram Columbus Circle Rentals

Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm founded and led by Eyal Ofer, has begun leasing at its newly-developed luxury rental property, Anagram Columbus Circle. The 26-story residential tower is intended to provide an elevated residential experience on par with its Billionaire’s Row neighbors.

“Anagram Columbus Circle builds on Global Holdings’ extensive track record of developing and managing luxury residences in prime New York City neighborhoods,” said Ofer. “We’ve taken all of the insights and experience from our condominium developments to create a bespoke rental offering that responds to an evolving market need.”

Located at the corner of West 60th Street and Broadway, the 340-foot tall tower was built on a site that originally held a mixed-use commercial property owned and managed by Global Holdings. The developer opted to demolish the existing structure in favor of a ground-up building, allowing complete control over the design.
