Global Distributor Brings Flagship Facility to Tucker

Transwestern Real Estate Services has announced EAE USA signed a seven-year, 101,767-square-foot lease at 2000 Mountain Industrial Blvd. in Tucker, GA. Transwestern’s Transaction Sciences team, led by Executive Managing Director Clark Dean, Vice President Thomas Savage and Senior Analyst Cody Lolakis, provided consulting, brokerage, and incentives negotiation services to EAE USA in the transaction. Craig Viergever, SIOR and Tyler Flemming of Lee & Associates represented the property owner, Link Logistics.

EAE USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EAE Group, a global electrical distribution system company based in Istanbul. EAE will occupy the entire building as its first United States distribution center and relocate its North American headquarters from 56 Perimeter Center East.

“High-quality industrial facilities this size are difficult to find, especially in suburban Atlanta,” said Savage. “Our team navigated an extremely tight industrial market to source and secure a site that provides optimal accessibility and further expansion potential.”
