Global Courier Express Expands Operations in NJ

Global Courier Express (GCE) has signed two new lease agreements totaling 160,277 square feet at Kearny Point Industrial Park, located in Kearny, New Jersey. The leases cover properties at 20 Basin Drive and 205 Campus Drive, both owned by Hugo Neu.

GCE, a company offering various services including express courier, warehousing, and freight services, committed to 96,375 square feet at 205 Campus Drive and 63,902 square feet at 20 Basin Drive. These expansions involve relocating GCE’s operations from Linden, New Jersey.

Kearny Point Industrial Park offers modern industrial facilities in a strategic location between Jersey City and Newark. The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley, Nicholas Klacik, Chad Hillyer, and Kate Granahan spearheaded the leasing campaign at the complex and represented ownership in the negotiations. Jimo Liu with Avison Young represented GCE in the lease negotiations.
