Global City Development, Gilu Development Set to Start $90M Multifamily in Fort Myers

A joint venture between two Miami, FL-based based real estate developers, Global City Development and Gilu Development is set to break ground on a $90-million, 255-unit multifamily in Fort Myers, FL.

The asset will sit on a 17-acre parcel located at the corner of Crystal Drive and 6 Mile Cypress Parkway that was purchased in August 2022.

One-, two- and three-bedroom residences will be complemented with private garages, outdoor exercise areas and a two-story 6,200-square-foot clubhouse with fitness center, meditation area, children’s playroom, resident’s lounge (inclusive of private zoom studios and co-working space and grand room for events

The centrally located parcel is within minutes from major retailers, medical centers and entertainment facilities, among them Whole Foods, Publix, Top Golf, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Lee County Sports Complex and numerous others.
