GLG Doubles Office Size to 84K SF
Gerson Lehrman Group Inc. will be expanding its office size at 301 Congress Ave. in downtown Austin, TX. The professional learning membership company will be doubling in size from its current 42,000 square feet to 84,000 square feet. The expanded space will hold up to 800 employees.
GLG, which currently occupies floors 15 and 16 at 301 Congress, will also take over the entire third floor and half of the second floor. GLG moved to its current Austin space less than a year ago. GLG’s new space will be ready for occupancy in July. David Putman, Chat Barrett and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord, RXR Realty of New Jersey, in the lease expansion.
