GLG Completes 84K-SF Office Expansion

Gerson Lehrman Group Inc. (GLG) completed a major expansion of its Austin office, expanding its space to 84,000 square feet at 301 Congress Ave. GLG, an online professional learning company, occupies four floors, with enough space for 730 employees. PGIM owns the 436,855-square-foot asset, and HPI Real Estate Services manages it.

The space upgrade includes an outdoor terrace, two open interconnecting staircases, a large training and presentation room, a second barista bar and an extended elevator bank. Additionally, new windows were cut into the building, increasing natural light. The 3rd floor also features a large training and presentation room that can accommodate up to 150 people, and contains a stage and theater lighting with the ability to broadcast live events.

Clive Wilkinson Architects and STG Design designed the build-out, with Aquila Commercial handling project management.
