Glenmoor Oaks Apartments in Virginia Welcomes First Residents
Glenmoor Oaks, a 248-unit apartment community in Moseley, VA., has welcomed its first new residents July 5. The community is located 21 miles southwest of Richmond. Leasing activity at Glenmoor Oaks began in April.
When complete, the community will consist of eight apartment buildings and will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Features include a modern design with upgraded flooring, granite countertops, gourmet kitchens and high-end appliances.
Amenities at the community include a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center and game room as well as a resort-style swimming pool and dog park.
