Glen Burnie Retail Center Signs Three New Leases 

Quarterfield Station, a 23,180-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Glen Burnie, Maryland, has added three new retail leases. The leasing activity, totaling over 10,000 square feet of space, has brought the occupancy of the center to 100%.  

Located at 7704 Quarterfield Road, the leased spaces include Pain Management Solutions (4,092 square feet), Clearway Surgery Center (4,141 square feet), and a Starbucks Coffee building on a pad site (2,225 square feet).  

Chris Bennett, Ginny Vernick and Morgan Wimbrow of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Quarterfield Ventures, LLC in all three lease transactions.
