Glastonbury Office Sale is Central CT’s Largest of 2025

CBRE negotiated the $27.75-million sale of a two-building, 185,000-square-foot Class A office complex at 180 and 200 Glastonbury Rd. in Glastonbury, CT on behalf of the seller, SCT Glastonbury LLC. The office properties are part of Somerset Square in Glastonbury, a mixed-use development with offices, retail shops, restaurants and hotels. According to CBRE, the office sale is the largest in Central Connecticut in 2025.

The CBRE Hartford team of John McCormick and Anna Kocsondy, in collaboration with Jeffrey Dunne and Steve Bardsley of the Stamford office, represented the seller and also procured the buyer, Unified Holdings of Glastonbury LLC, based in White Plains, NY. Originally engaged as the leasing agent and property manager in 2019, CBRE will continue as leasing agent and will also resume managing the assets.

“Somerset Square is considered one of the highest quality corporate parks in the Greater Hartford area due to its walkability to high-end retailers, upscale dining, two major hotels and immediate access to the regional highway system,” said Kocsondy.

At the time of sale, the property was 95% leased, anchored by strong-credit corporate tenants including Wells Fargo, Mahoney Sabol, CNA Insurance, Benesch Engineering, Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets.
