Glassdoor Puts Remainder of San Francisco HQ Space Up for Sublease

Online recruiting platform Glassdoor has now put the entirety of its San Francisco headquarters space up for sublease, the San Francisco Business Times reported. The company announced in February that it would move to a fully remote work model.

Relocating its offices from Mill Valley, Glassdoor leased the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of Paramount Group’s 300 Mission St., totaling 117,000 square feet, in 2019 with plans to occupy in March 2020. The Business Times reported that the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the company’s occupancy timeline by more than two years, during which time it listed half its space in the building for sublease. It reopened its offices in the two-floor footprint in the spring of 2022.

Despite the company putting its entire space up for sublease, a Glassdoor spokesperson told the Business Times that the company “continues to maintain its headquarters in San Francisco and has a large number of employees in the Bay Area.” CBRE has the listing for the newly added sublease space.
