Glass Fabricator Relocates, Expands in Corona
Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.
Liberty Glass Fabricators acquired a newly-constructed 71,054-square-foot, Class A industrial facility in Corona, CA for $9.95 million. The sellers were a partnership of Acacia Real Estate Group and Adler Realty Investments, which originally owned and developed the project.
The company is relocating from a 29,000-square-foot facility in Corona, to an expanded and upgraded building located at 220 Benjamin Ct. The property is situated on 3.68 acres, and features a two-story 5,749-square-foot office, ESFR sprinklers, heavy power, 30-foot clear height, dock and grade loading, and a fenced yard.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Brett Lockwood represented the buyer. Lee & Associates’ Jeff Ruscigno, Jeff Smith and Ryan Lal represented the sellers.
Lockwood said, “The company, whose services include custom mirrors, glass table tops, shower units, and more, also does sandblasting and etching design in-house, acquired the facility to support its recent growth, more than doubling its production size in the city.”
