Gindi Equities Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Fargo MF

Gindi Equities has completed the acquisition of Amber Crossing Apartment Homes, a multifamily community situated at 5170 Amber Valley Parkway S in Fargo, North Dakota.

The purchase, made from Property Resources Group, signals Gindi’s third investment in the evolving Fargo market. Constructed in 2002, Amber Crossing features 117 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

“This transaction signifies a significant progression in our ongoing growth strategy and underscores our dedication to expanding our presence in the vibrant Fargo market,” said Al Gindi, President and Co-Founder of Gindi Equities. In November, Gindi acquired Timber Creek Apartments, consisting of 252 units from Property Resources Group.

“Amber Crossing presents a prime opportunity to make strategic improvements that will add value and enhance the experience for all residents,” said Al Gindi, President and Co-Founder of Gindi Equities. “This acquisition marks an important step in our continued growth strategy and reflects our commitment to expanding our portfolio in the thriving Fargo market.”
