Gindi Equities Acquires Chapel Hill Multifamily with $30M Loan
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a $30.3-million acquisition loan on behalf of Gindi Equities for Chapel View, a 224-unit apartment community located in Chapel Hill, NC.
Blake Cohen, Mike Ryan and Brian Linnihan of Cushman & Wakefield’s dquity, debt and structured finance team secured the three-year loan through Harbor Group International Commercial Funding, LLC.
The property on Homestead Road is 80% leased and includes one- and two-bedroom units with an average size of 838 square feet. Amenities include a basketball court, clubhouse, cyber café, dog park, fitness center and swimming pool.
