Gilmore Homes to Develop $190M MXU Tower in Downtown Atlanta

Real estate firm Gilmore Homes has announced plans to build Gilmore Tower, a $190 million mixed-use tower in downtown Atlanta. The 50-story high-rise tower will include apartments, condos, a hotel, offices and a six-level shopping center.

Plans for the high-rise include 120 apartment units, 100 condominiums, a 50-room boutique hotel and more than 500,000 square feet of office and shopping center space. Retail will include an ice-skating rink, arcade and two movie theaters. The exact location of the project was not disclosed.

Architectural firm Parshva Associates has been tapped to design the project.
