Gillett Commercial Eyeing 109K-SF Allen Office/Flex Project

Gillett Commercial is adding its fourth project to its Allen portfolio. It purchased 6.64 acres of land located along US 75 from the Allen Economic Development Corp. for a 109,000-square-foot project named Allen Place.

The company recently completed The Asher, a business center located in downtown Allen. The developer also created Allen Exchange, a three-building, 71,920-square-foot flex development at the northeast corner of Exchange Parkway and US 75.

Its latest project is expected to break ground this year, with construction completed in the fall of 2027. Allen Place will be located along US 75, between McDermott Drive and Bethany Drive. The office and flex space will be available for sale and for lease.

Gillett Commercial will partner with real estate advisory firm Citadel Partners to develop the project. The project architect for Allen Place is Meinhardt & Associates. Raymond Construction will be the general contractor.
