Gilbert Gateway North Buy Reflects Income Growth Potential

Gilbert Gateway Towne Center North, a 265,878-square-foot retail destination shopping center in Gilbert, recently sold for an undisclosed purchase price. Located at the northwest corner of Power and Ray roads, Gilbert Gateway Towne Center was more than 80 percent leased to a complementary collection of tenants comprising several major national and regional brands. The center is also shadow anchored by one of the world’s largest retailers.

“Gilbert Gateway North is an anchored retail investment with stable tenancy and tremendous income growth potential,” said Michael Hackett of Cushman & Wakefield. “The property also provides great freeway access and is situated among many key amenities as well as new development projects in the area including ASU East campus, SKYBRIDGE, Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport, Eastmark and Morrison Ranch master-planned communities, and Cooley Station, to name a few.”

Built in 2005, Gilbert Gateway Towne Center offers frontage along Ray and Power roads, located off the full-diamond interchange at the Loop 202 and Power Road.
