Gilbane Building Signs Lease at Mixed-Use Development in Arlington

Jamestown, a real estate investment and management firm, announced that construction company Gilbane Building has signed a 27,000-square-foot office lease at Ballston Exchange, a mixed-use property in Arlington, Virginia.

Gilbane joins the Agricultural Retailers Association and Booz Allen Hamilton as tenants in the retail, dining, and office development. Ballston Exchange is well situated with direct access to the Metro and offers a range of tenant amenities, including indoor and outdoor public open space, concierge services, and event space. The property also features a 10,000-square-foot, full-service conference center.

“Ballston Exchange continues to attract industry leaders like Gilbane Building, which recognize the advantage provided by the property’s transit-accessible location and comprehensive amenities,” said Rameez Munawar, Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Regional Market Leader at Jamestown. “The common spaces offer tenants added flexibility to support evolving workplace needs, while the ground-floor retail provides employees convenient access to a wide range of food and beverage options, as well as health and wellness services.”
