Giglio Named CushWake’s Top Americas Producer for 2017

Cushman & Wakefield has named Executive Managing Director Robert Giglio its top producer for the Americas in 2017. Giglio, who has been with the firm for over 20 of his 30 years in commercial real estate, closed office transactions totaling 1.1 million square feet last year for private and government clients.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, Giglio has executed more than 12 million square feet of leases, licenses and build-to-suits globally. His client roster has included the City of New York, The Nielsen Companies, Aetna, PwC, Heineken, J.P. Morgan Investments and STV, Inc.

“Robert is an exceptional professional with outstanding strategic insights and deep knowledge of the New York market,” said Shawn Mobley, Cushman & Wakefield’s chief executive – Americas. John Santora, the firm’s tri-state region president, noted that Giglio’s legal background “is evident in his strong negotiating, organizational and management skills.”
