GID Launches Leasing at Waterline Square Resi Complex

GID Development Group has launched leasing for the rental apartments at its three-tower Waterline Square development along the Hudson River on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Closings on condominium sales at the development, which launched in 2017, are slated to begin later this year.

“We have created something that is unmatched in any residential development, and we look forward to welcoming our first residents as the transformation of this great neighborhood nears completion,” said GID president James Linsley.

Situated along Riverside Boulevard from 59th to 61st Street, the 2.1-million-square-foot mega-development, designed by Richard Meier & Partners, Rafael Viñoly Architects and KPF, is reportedly the last remaining waterfront development to be completed on the UWS.

Among the project’s amenities are the 100,000-square-foot Waterline Club, which connects the three towers and contains amenities that range from fitness to pets space; and dining concepts by Cipriani and Alex Stupak’s Empellón.
