GID, Hanover To Build Uptown Dallas Apartment Tower
GID is partnering with the Hanover Company to develop Hanover Turtle Creek, a 21-story tower located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. It’s taken some time and effort to get to this point. They first had to demolish the Turtle Creek Gardens 100-unit condo complex. The two groups are working together now on a 341-unit apartment project. A public filing put the construction costs at $170 million.
Located north of Dallas’ Uptown in the neighborhood of Turtle Creek, the property is walkable to parks, trails and greenspace and only a short distance from restaurants, retail and nightlife of Uptown Dallas.
The tower will be the first phase of a two-tower development. It will feature an expansive rooftop pool and amenity deck with unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline.
