GID Buys Northern Virginia Apartments for $86M  

Stockbridge has sold Arbors at Fair Lakes, a 282-unit multi-housing community in Fairfax, Virginia., to GID, a real estate investor.  

Located at 4408 Oak Creek Ct, Arbors at Fair Lakes offers units with one to three bedrooms, featuring amenities like in-unit washers and dryers, fireplaces, private patios, and walk-in closets. The value-added property also boasts a fitness center, swimming pool, business center, tennis court, outdoor grill/lounge area, and more.  

JLL worked on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer with a team led by Bret Thompson and Robert Jenkins.
