Giant Bicycle Doubles L.A. Distribution Space

Giant Bicycle has doubled its distribution space in the Los Angeles area.

The bike manufacturer is moving from Cerritos to La Mirada, and leasing 203,000 square feet in a building owned by Oltmans Real Estate Services. The new five-year lease is valued at $8 million. The building will serve as Giant Bicycle’s new West Coast distribution center.

Giant Bicycle reportedly needs larger space because of recent increases in sales, said Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Luke McDaniel, who represented the tenant. INCO Commercial Brokerage represented Oltmans in the deal.
